Dr. Tony Ballard is an executive leadership, workforce development, and organizational strategy professional with more than 27 years of experience leading talent, learning, and operational initiatives across military, corporate, higher education, nonprofit, and consulting environments. He combines executive leadership experience, academic research, and real-world consulting to help organizations strengthen leaders, optimize workforce systems, and improve organizational performance.
A retired United States Air Force Chief Master Sergeant (E-9), Dr. Ballard served in senior leadership roles at the Pentagon and the Headquarters Air Force Personnel Center while supporting workforce and talent initiatives impacting more than 697,000 military and civilian personnel worldwide. His career also includes leadership and talent development experience with organizations such as Wells Fargo, Flagstar Bank, higher education institutions, and professional associations focused on talent and workforce excellence.
